Allegra Marketing-Print-Mail gets new owner, acquires Ocean State Printers

PROVIDENCE – Allegra Marketing-Print-Mail has been purchased by Providence resident Bud McCann, the company announced on Wednesday.

McCann purchased Allegra, a marketing and communications company, from Ted Stein. McCann subsequently acquired Ocean State Printers, adding Peter Adams and David Toj to the Allegra team, bringing the company’s ranks to five.

Both companies will consolidate at 102 Waterman St. on the East Side of Providence.

“Allegra has provided design, marketing, print and mailing services in Providence for 20-plus years,” said McCann in a statement. “Joining forces with the well-regarded ‘Peter the Printer,’ allows us to offer our customers leading-edge technologies under the same superior customer service they’ve always known and trusted from both Allegra and Ocean State Printers.”
