How do you support community-service work by your employees? Amica provides grants to nonprofits where employees or spouses volunteer. Our Volunteer Day Program supports volunteerism by providing employees a day of paid time each year to volunteer. Amica also offers to match donations at 150% of an employee’s personal contribution.
