Amy A. Arruda has been promoted to vice president, and market manager for the three in-store branches at The Washington Trust Company. In this capacity, she is responsible for the development and expansion of customer relationships in her market area. Arruda will continue her role as branch manager of the Olde Mistick Village branch in Mystic, Conn. She joined the bank in 1997, most recently holding the title of assistant vice president and market manager. Arruda is a member of the board for the Mystic Chamber of Commerce and serves on the membership committee for Mystic Coast and Country. She is a graduate of Three Rivers Community College in Norwich, Conn. Arruda lives in Pawcatuck, Conn.
