Amy is highly regarded for her tax credit practice, representing developers, investors, and lenders in complex federal and state tax credit transactions. She regularly advises real estate developers on capital stacks, planning, development, tax stabilization, and lease-up.
She serves on the Board of Trustees for Preserve Rhode Island and is a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and the American Bar Foundation.
