Liz advises mission driven organizations regarding board education, fiduciary obligations, compliance, donor representation, endowment fund management, finance, Form 990, bylaws, policies, joint ventures and affiliations. In addition, she advises nonprofits regarding managing bequests and complex gifts, mergers and acquisitions, obtaining and maintaining tax exemptions, lobbying restrictions, wind down and tax.
