Andera added record 35 new clients over summer

PROVIDENCE – Andera Inc., the online banking and account-software provider, added 35 new financial institutions to its client base from June through September, a new quarterly record for the firm.
The additions brought Andera’s net total number of clients to 318, Andera CEO Charlie Kroll wrote on his blog.
The speed with which Andera is adding new clients has continued to pick up. The company reached 100 clients in 2006, three years after signing its first customer, and 200 clients last year. Kroll announced in August that the company’s client base had totaled 300.
The “pace of customer additions has continued to increase each quarter to record levels,” Kroll said. He attributed that to “growing industry awareness of the online environment as a sales channel, not just a servicing channel, along with the progress we’ve been making toward simplicity in all aspects of our product licensing and implementation.” &#8226
