PROVIDENCE – The deadline to apply for the Social Enterprise Greenhouse 2020 Food Accelerator program is Oct. 1, the nonprofit announced Tuesday.
The program will span 12 weeks, offering industry-specific curriculum, one-on-one business coaching, a peer cohort model and access to the SEG coworking space in Providence.

Learn MoreThe program is open to all food ventures and will address sustainability, food access, food waste, cultural heritage, workforce development, international development, community-building, agriculture and aquaculture, SEG said.
The program is delivered in partnership with Brown University and with funding from the R.I. Department of Labor and Training through the Real Jobs Rhode Island program. The program is also funded by United Natural Foods Inc., Blount Fine Foods Corp. and Newman’s Own Foundation.
