In response to workforce shortages and staff burnout, our company has made several proactive changes to better support our team and maintain high-quality service delivery. Some examples include flexible work arrangements, wellness initiatives, increased paid time off and tuition reimbursement.
What role do diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? Our goal is to create an environment where every individual feels valued, supported, appreciated, recognized for great work and empowered to grow. In hiring, we use structured, unbiased processes, diverse interview panels and inclusive job postings to attract a broad candidate pool. For promotions, we ensure transparency in criteria, provide equitable access to mentorship and professional development and regularly review our practices to address disparities or barriers to advancement.
