What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We have added new fitness equipment to our on-site wellness center, including a Peloton. We also deliver healthy snacks to all locations.
How do you support community service work by your employees? All employees are encouraged to use up to 10 paid work hours per year to participate in community volunteer activities. In 2023, BankNewport employees served more than 10,000 volunteer hours in the community.
