What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold an annual employee awards event with guest local celebrity hosts, themed celebrations and live music from our employee band “The Bank Notes.” We also hold department competitions, raffles and surprise giveaways, tickets to events and our “Employee Appreciation Week” creates camaraderie throughout the year.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is rooted in appreciation and collaboration, fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment where employees feel genuinely valued, heard, respected and motivated to reach their goals both personally and professionally.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Employees receive 12 paid personal hours annually for volunteering. Last year, employees gave 10,000-plus hours of their time to more than 400 organizations, reinforcing our commitment to service. These hours included a food-packing event, where employees assembled 12,000 meals for families, veterans and adults in need throughout Rhode Island.
