The property was last assessed at $1.5 million, according to property records. The 6,018-square-foot home, which was built in 1890, has four fireplaces, six bedrooms and six full and two half baths.
The property is just under 1.8 acres. The Tudor-style home features a modern kitchen, two open porches and has a separate garage with a bedroom and a full bath.
The seller is Anthony M.B. Hart, according to property records. The buyer’s identity was not immediately available.
