How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? Each associate details what their definition of success is. Understanding this as an employer limits turnover and promotes collaboration.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We participate in softball and soccer leagues. We also hold a company dodgeball tournament and enjoy happy hours, axe throwing and darts.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Outstanding! People before profit and trying to show every day that we care.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Each associate gets three paid days per year to spend volunteering at any 501(c)3 organization of their choosing. We also make a donation to said charity in their name. We encourage them to share their experience with us.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We always look within our organization first.
