
BOSTON – Doug Franklin, CEO of Boston Globe Media, announced on Tuesday he was stepping down from the position effective immediately, according to the Boston Business Journal.
“While John Henry and I share similar passion and vision for the Globe, we have our differences how to strategically achieve our financial sustainability,” Franklin wrote in a memo obtained by the BBJ.
