“We are looking to find the right fit for the right person,” she said. “There is no specific time frame for hiring.” She said that the health insurance company is looking for nurses with at least three to five years of clinical experience.
Some of the responsibilities for these positions include enrolling members into health-management programs, creating and implementing personalized plans of care, and empowering members to make more informed decisions regarding their healthcare.
For instance, the primary function of a nurse reviewer, Reingold explained, “is to conduct pre- and post-review of admissions, and medical services and records to monitor and evaluate patient services to ensure appropriate level and continuity of care.”
Interested nurses are encouraged to bring copies of their resume and prepare for on-site interviews with recruiters and hiring managers at the job fair.
