NEWPORT – The property at 692 Bellevue Ave. known as “Seaglass” was sold for $3.5 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate Monday.
The 2,529-square-foot home was built in 1989 and features four bedrooms and three and one-half baths. The property also has a double-sided chimney.
The 1-acre property, which features water views, was last assessed at $2.8 million in 2018.
The sale is the second-highest year-to-date sale, according to the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.

The seller was 692 Bellevue LLC while the buyers were Patrick J. Dempsey and Arlene Dempsey, according to property records.
Cynthia Moretti, a Lila Delman broker associate, represented the seller and facilitated the buyer.
