“Our customers told us that they wanted benefits that would allow them to stay healthy and get the most out of their retirement years,” said Melissa Cummings, Blue Cross’ executive vice president and chief customer officer. “I’m thrilled that we’re able to offer new and expanded benefits, many at no cost, that support staying well but that also provide extra help when it’s needed.”
Eligible adults can enroll or make changes to their Medicare plan until Dec. 7. Plans go into effect on Jan. 1, 2020.
