Matt Cullina | CyberScout CEO
In our business, trust is everything. When customers call us, they are shaken. Their identities, privacy or financial assets have been stolen, and they need someone to trust for help. We stay with them through the entire process, addressing identity theft, data breaches and cybercrime. We’re more than a resource, we’re their partner, their ally and their friend.
We stay vigilant to each new, more-sophisticated threat so we can keep customers out of harm’s way. Our employees are passionate about this work because they see the positive impact on people’s lives every day.
When we recruit employees, we look for a quality I like to call “T2” (with the T for talent). We hire people with deep expertise for the business, but we also look for an ability to engage passionately in other aspects of their lives, whether it’s spending their spare time deep-sea fishing, working to protect the environment or performing as a musician. Over the years, we’ve learned that people with deep interests in the world bring that passion to everything they do. They think creatively, learn quickly and respond empathically when our customers call us.
Also, we’ve built a culture of doing well by doing good. It’s easy to think this way when you are helping people who are in real need of assistance. Our clients know this and their trust in our integrity is fundamental to our business model. They understand that when they need us, we’ll be there.
