His term will last five years.

She is a certified professional in healthcare quality, and is certified in critical care nursing with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Pallister had served as vice president sales engineering for Fielding’s miniature zinc die casting division for four years until 1997. Then, his responsibilities were expanded to include the sales, marketing and customer service of zinc die cast and plastics injection molding divisions. Pallister holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an associate’s degree from the Community College of Rhode Island.

Charles W. Harner has joined the metallon division of Copper-weld Corporation in Pawtucket. As the new general manager, Harner will supervise the manufacture of bimetallic strip products for the automotive, electronic, and other industries. He has more than 20 years in the metals industry. For the last three years he has been the president of the Results Management Group, and prior to that he served in a variety of assignments with Armco Steel and AK Steel in Ohio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science from Miami University in Ohio.
