Jacob J. Belt has been appointed as director of business development for Gregory & Cooney, Inc. Belt previously owned and operated The Target Group, a marketing and advertising firm in Providence, He will be responsible for G&C’s new business program. A Seekonk, Mass. resident, he is a former president of the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce. He serves as vice chairman of the National Conference on Community and Justice.

Diane G. Egge has been named manager of Citizens Bank’s Darl-ington office in Pawtucket. She was previously manager of Citizens’ Hope Street office on Providence’s East Side. A Barrington resident, she is active with the Mount Hope Day Care Center.
Ray D. Gilmore
Ray D. Gilmore has been promoted from senior vice president and chief lending officer to executive vice president of Newport Federal Savings Bank. He has been with the Bank since 1992 and is responsible for overseeing the loan portfolio and lending operations, in addition to being the compliance officer. He has been with Shawmut Bank, Fleet National Bank and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Gilmore lives in North Kingstown with his wife Maureen, and two of their children.

Walter G. Armstrong
Walter G. Arm-strong will join the global consulting, engineering, construction and operations firm Camp Dresser & McKee as vice president. Armstrong has spent the last 11 years as a member of the management team for the Boston Harbor Cleanup Project. He earned his bachelor of arts degree in economics from Boston College, and a master’s in city and regional planning from Cornell University.

Randall T. Weeks
Randall T. Weeks, Jr. has become an associate of the business law firm, Partridge Snow & Hahn. He is a member of the firm’s insurance and litigation practice groups, where he provides counsel on insurance and regulatory matters, and business litigation. A resident of Dartmouth, Mass., Weeks is a graduate of American International College, and received his juris doctorate from Temple University School of Law. He is registrar of voters in the town of Dartmouth, and serves as moderator to the Town Fire District I Warrant, as well as being a member of the Town Republican Committee.

Susan Bileau
Susan Bileau has been appointed manager of the Lightolier Tech-Center, a state-of-the-art lighting demonstration/education center located within Lightolier’s corporate and production facility in Fall River, Mass. Her responsibilities will include conducting tours and coordinating educational sessions. She has been with Lightolier since 1994. She has worked in the company’s customer support department and management information systems department. A Fall River resident, she has worked at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and the Massachusetts Repertory Theater. Bileau is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

Lauren Ashton has joined Thomas Rankin Associates as an administrative assistant. Her responsibilities at TRA include administrative duties, production assistance, account service and editing. Ashton is a graduate of Rhode Island College, with a bachelor’s in communications, a concentration in public relations and a minor in marketing. A Burr-illville resident, her background includes an internship at RDW Group, and a position at Fidelity Investments as an operations administrator.

Craig A. Kercheval
Craig A. Ker-cheval has been named executive director for the Foundation of Newport. Dedicated to fostering fundamental improvements within the City of Newport, the Foundation’s current projects include the Newport Water Taxi, Southern Thames Street Restoration and The Newport Harbor front Plan. Kercheval was formerly executive director of Nonprofit Resources of Southern New England from 1985 to 1996. He is a Barrington resident.

Molded Plastics Components, Inc. has relocated from Warwick to an 8,000 square foot facility in Woonsocket, which houses the company’s molding plant, warehouse and administrative offices. In addition to providing increased space for molding production and post molding services, the facility features a new state-of-the-art 90 ton Nissei injection press with robotics.

Sharon Partridge has been elected vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Valley Resources, Inc. & Subsidiaries. She has been with the company since 1978. An East Providence resident, she graduated from Bryant College, and received her master’s from Providence College. Partridge is a member of the New England Gas Association, treasurer of the Salvation Army Board, and assistant treasurer of the Pawtucket YMCA board of directors.
