Fed up with the “status quo” in the pharmaceutical industry and inspired by the “endless possibilities” in drug development, current University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy Ph.D. students Kenneth Rose, Nicholas DaSilva and Benjamin Barlock launched Alcinous Pharmaceuticals last December.
