What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Our employees are welcome to join any of our committees. We have a charitable giving committee and an activities committee, which helps keep things fun and exciting. We also encourage our employees to participate in volunteer work in our community.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is supportive, we have a team mindset. We encourage growth and learning. We recently launched CRV Educates, which is a schedule of training and learning opportunities for the year.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We encourage growth, so we like to promote from within but we will embrace hiring from outside as well. We like to keep a healthy balance and new people bring new ideas and different schools of thought.
