Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? All of our employees are equipped to work remotely, and all did during the COVID-19 surge. Working from home has now become a necessity for some of our employees and will continue to be after the pandemic is solved.
What role do diversity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We recognize that diversity is good for business and a critical driver of growth. We hire and promote the most qualified person for the job, with the objective of expanding our view through diversity.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is defined by a deep caring and respect for our clients, employees and community.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? We held an employee wellness fair where we offered flu shots, checked blood pressure and vital signs, chair massages and had a representative from our employee assistance program on hand to review services and provide counsel on various well-being topics.
