What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We leverage a “great place great people” and “focus group” concept that brings together a diverse segment of our team to sponsor fun activities and events that benefit the community. Examples include supporting initiatives such as the America Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb or in-office competitions such as the annual Busy Season Mini-Golf Tournament we hold.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We are proud of our track record of generating new opportunities that allow us to both promote from within as well as add talent from other organizations. It takes both to continue to serve clients and grow our people.
