WARWICK – Cody Fino, who has served as the Community College of Rhode Island’s director of industry partnerships, has been promoted to executive director of workforce partnerships at the college.
Fino has been the college’s industry partnerships director since 2019. In that time, his work led to more than $8 million in workforce training and grants being committed to the college.

Through the Westerly Education Center, Fino developed and strengthened the partnership between the college and General Dynamics Electric Boat, CCRI said. He also secured the college’s designation as a Center of Excellence for Domestic Maritime Workforce Training and Education.
