What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold various events such as Halloween costume contests, ugly sweater contests and countless community events in the cities and towns we operate in. We will also hold our annual summer block party this year in Centreville Bank Stadium.
What role do diversity equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We continue to provide opportunities for all and select the most qualified person. We have taken an approach to broaden how we advertise job openings, ensuring all demographics have an opportunity to apply. This process has resulted in a 20% increase in our diversity over the past three years.
