We celebrate our people with purpose in meaningful ways throughout the year, and in turn we have a highly engaged workforce that has helped fuel our revenue growth by 58% over the past year. What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? In May, we closed our branches, all of our locations, two hours early so all of our employees could take part in a wellness fair that included relaxation sessions, yoga, stretching, affordable and healthy meal prep ideas, and hands-on sessions with our health vendors.
How do you support community service work by your employees? In 2023, Centreville Bank staff played a pivotal role in this effort, dedicating more than 5,000 volunteer hours to various initiatives aimed at enriching the fabric of our local communities.
