Use: Local law firm Cetrulo LLP recently upgraded its 2,750-square-foot office within the 1846-era Balch-Mauran Building with some modern amenities while also keeping its historic charm. The project took place from July 2022 through December 2022. The renovation retained the space’s historic character with original mahogany millwork, pocket doors, vaults that were converted into conference space, engraved brass hinges and chandeliers. Some new technology installed in the office includes videoconferencing technology for remote depositions, hearings and meetings.
