Citizens Bank names Swimmer head of corporate finance, capital markets

PROVIDENCE – Citizens Bank has named Ted Swimmer head of corporate finance and capital markets for the company’s commercial banking division. Swimmer replaces Bob Rubino, who held the position for more than six years, according to his LinkedIn page.
