How would you describe the culture of your workplace? The firm has initiatives such as the CC EDGE program, which focuses on understanding and supporting the diverse needs of its employees. Additionally, CC Inspire is dedicated to creating an engaging and meaningful employee experience, driving the firm’s mission, values and future together.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Our initiatives include community events such as healthy pancake breakfasts, educational webinars on topics such as personal reflection, wellness plan benefits, stress management, and work-life balance. Additionally, interactive workshops such as wellness elixir mixology and a five-day mindfulness challenge are offered to promote mental health and self-care.
