What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? This year for busy season we had Tax Olympics and we even had a masseuse come in. We also have monthly staff get-togethers to unwind and connect. We have a great diversity program known as CC EDGE in which we plan and host events such as Thanksgiving potlucks, events at Roger Williams Zoo (the Holiday Lights), pumpkin paintings and much more.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We run workshops surrounding stress, mental health, etc., as well as understand that even in our busiest times of the year, we, as employees, come first and cannot do our best and most-efficient work if we are not taken care of ourselves.
