CRANSTON – The City Council on Jan. 28 approved a zoning change allowing construction of a golf-entertainment facility to replace the former Citizens Bank office building on Sockanosset Cross Road, WJAR-TV NBC 10 reported. The Carpionato Group has introduced plans for the Topgolf facility, which would feature a three-story entertainment venue and golf driving range.
