What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Our team is committed to supporting local business, veterans groups and the community. Activities included R.I. State Police 5K road race, DAV 5K road race, Holy Family Home Food Drive, Compass Annual Golf event, Topgolf event to game night at Bally’s casino.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Our office offers an acre of land located in a rural area, making it more conducive for employees to go out for nature walks. We have a basketball hoop, picnic tables, vegetable garden and pull-up bar outside for employees to get fresh air and support employee wellness.
