NEWPORT – A contemporary home built in the early 1980s has sold for $2.1 million, according to Hogan Associates Real Estate, which represented the seller.
Lila Delman Real Estate represented the buyer.
The property includes nearly a half-acre site on the waterfront, within easy walking distance to Ocean Drive and Bailey’s Beach. The property, at 225 Coggeshall Road, has 1,772 square feet of interior space. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In addition to water views, the house has frontage on Almy Pond. The property was under contract within days of the listing, according to Lynn Creighton, the listing agent.
