PROVIDENCE – A modern contemporary house being built at 430 Cole Ave. sold recently for $2.1 million, the highest price for an East Side property so far this year, according to Residential Properties Ltd., which listed the property.

Residential Properties also represented both sides of the transaction. Kira Green and Michael J. Sweeney represented the buyer, while Jim DeRentis represented the seller.

The house was designed by Urbanscape Architects, of Toronto.

The land sold for $650,000 on June 14 by Rochambeau Development LLC to Wendy Montgomery, according to Providence land records.
