Romano has owned the moving company since 2000. It is located at 2 Greco Lane in Warwick.
Its purchase of MGM Express Movers, of North Kingstown, will allow the company to expand its presence in the South County area and fuel future growth.
The moving company offers online bookings and climate-controlled storage. The business specializes in short-notice moves, including same-day moves, depending on availability.
