CRANSTON – An office building near Garden City was sold June 29 for $2.03 million to Vancass Holdings LLC, an East Greenwich-based real estate leasing company.

The property is a multi-tenanted, three-story structure that dates to 1973, according to a news release from Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal and online property records.

New London Real Estate LLC sold the property after holding it for nearly three years, according to the records. It had purchased the building and surrounding site for $1.55 million in September 2014, according to the Vision Government Solutions website.

The building has 24,586-square-feet of interior space. Current tenants include Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Corp. and offices for financial and professional services.
