PROVIDENCE – Have a proposal for reoccupying the Cranston Street Armory?

The state has set a deadline on Friday for submission of nonbinding request for information forms from community users and developers, who are interested in using the structure, to help determine what uses could be made of the facility.

The deadline is 11 a.m. on Friday. The deadline was originally scheduled for Nov. 16 but was extended to allow greater distribution of the RFI to various interested entities.

For more information, visit the American Planning Association Rhode Island Chapter’s website at rhodeislandapa.org/rfi-cranston-street-armory, which includes a link to the RFI and a history of the armory.
