How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have been fortunate to experience growth over the past few years. However, with workforce shortages, we want to ensure that our employees maintain a work-life balance. Our management team stays close to our employees, monitoring the hours of work and workload the employees manage and deliver to ensure there is no staff burnout.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? This past year, we held multiple team-building events at Dave & Buster’s, escape rooms, held barbecues and attended charitable events for our clients as a team.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Career growth and development has always been an important part of our culture. We invest in developing the skills of our employees and look to provide new opportunities for growth with training, certifications and promotions into new roles within our organization.
