How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? Our management team remains closely involved with our staff, monitoring work hours and managing workloads to prevent employee burnout.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? This past year, we held multiple team-building events, including a competitive trip to Dave & Busters, holiday parties, barbecues and attended charitable events for our clients as a team.
