What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Due to the pandemic, our ability to have in-person events has been limited, so we have taken our fun activities virtual. This past year we hosted an online trivia night for all our employees and their families, with delivered snacks and fabulous prizes. We also held a virtual Broadway show for our employees and their families to kick off the holidays.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We are a family-oriented organization, putting our employees first. Our staff is our greatest asset. Their well-being and growth are our highest priorities and drive this into our culture.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? To foster wellness, we provide gym memberships for our employees, monthly fitness challenges with healthy rewards and promote some healthy competition and fun. Also, as a token of our appreciation for our employees, we sent each individual a box of healthy snacks delivered to their home.
