CVS Caremark Corp. and the Boston Red Sox have joined to launch the CVS Caremark All Kids Can Baseball Camps at Fenway Park. The camps are part of the signature CVS Caremark All Kids Can program, which focuses on helping children with disabilities learn, play baseball and succeed in life.
Seven CVS Caremark All Kids Can Baseball Camps that will run through August 13. The day camp included batting practice in the Red Sox batting cage with Hitting Coach Dave Magadan, on-field batting practice, a photo opportunity and lunch in the Red Sox dugout, a visit from Red Sox mascot Wally the Green Monster, a VIP tour of Fenway Park, early entry into Red Sox batting practice and tickets to the game in the CVS/pharmacy Family Section.
In planning the camps, CVS Caremark reached out to coaches of Little League Challenger Teams, Miracle League teams and inclusive baseball teams in the New England area to apply for an opportunity to attend one of the camps. The camps are part of a six-year partnership between CVS Caremark and the Boston Red Sox.
