Dana Holmgren has been appointed SASH® Wellness Nurse at Saint Elizabeth Place in Providence. SASH® in RI is a one year pilot program modeled after SASH® in Vermont, a program supporting individuals aging at home. She has worked as a community health nurse in the Providence area for 27 years, and holds a B.A. from Brown University and a B.S.N. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
