What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We organize many employee events throughout the year, including our annual May breakfast, food truck events throughout the summer months, lunch-and-learns, special holiday events, annual employee celebrations and more.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is collaborative, supportive and committed to giving back to Rhode Island, with employees volunteering to a variety of worthy causes each year. It’s no wonder why 43% of our employees have worked at Delta Dental for 10 years or more.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We encourage employees to engage in community service and support efforts in a variety of ways. We offer paid volunteer time off, organize companywide volunteer events and provide matching donations for employee contributions to charitable organizations that matter most to them.
