PROVIDENCE – Dental 365 has added two Rhode Island dental practices to its network, Warren Dental Associates and Kevin Hagerty, DMD, the regional dental provider announced Monday.
The two practices will joining the Beacon Dental Health division of Dental365 and Premier Care Dental Management. These two offices are the third and fourth Rhode Island locations and the 95th and 96th facilities to join the Premier Care Dental Management organization. Aesthetic Dentistry of Wickford, and Cranston Dental Group are the other two R.I. locations.

Warren Dental Associates, located at 634 Main St. in Warren, is a full-service family dental practice led Dr. John F. Kerwin, Dr. Theodore G. Drummond and Dr. Timothy C. McAdams. The practice provides comprehensive dental care ranging from routine checkups, to full-mouth restorations.
Kevin Hagerty, DMD is a family operated dental practice at Steeple View East 61 Cedar Ave. in East Greenwich run by Dr. Kevin Hagerty and Dr. Connor Hagerty. The team has more than 30 years of experience in practicing dentistry and offers preventative, restorative and cosmetic services, and is highly experienced and trained in placing dental implants.
Dental365 is a full-service dental group offering general dentistry and specialty services with locations throughout New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
The company could not be immediately reached for comment on the terms of the transactions, the number of workers involved or people it employs in Rhode Island.
