Dr. Rachel A. Rogers (she/her/hers) is the Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence and Psychology Professor at CCRI. Her graduate studies in both Psychology and College Teaching at the University of New Hampshire prepared her well for teaching in higher education, as well as her pivot to offering educational development for her colleagues.

Rachel’s teaching allows her to live out her passion for helping students see the science of psychology in everyday life, and her work at the Center provides ample opportunity for another passion: helping her colleagues – sometimes by providing space, sometimes by providing coffee, sometimes providing information.
