EXETER – Communication and network technology company Carousel Industries of North America Inc. is investing more in contact center tools and technologies, adding Stephen Drew as vice president of contact center solutions, the company announced.
He is a former information technology senior director in Cigna’s global IT organization, where he was responsible for the company’s Global Customer Care Centers and their 18,000 agents. Before that, Drew was vice president of professional services for eLoyalty Corp.
“The addition of Stephen Drew … underscores our increasing investment in modern contact center tools, technologies and resources,” said Carousel Chief Technology Officer Jason Viera. “[He’s] critical to our goal of expanding Carousel’s contact center cloud and managed services portfolio and client opportunities.”
Carousel said Drew will lead the company’s overall contact center go-to-market strategy, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure positive customer outcomes. He will also be tasked with developing new products and service offerings.
