PROVIDENCE – A duplex in the popular Armory District of the city has sold for $415,000, the highest price in the neighborhood for a two-family since 2009, according to a news release by Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
The property at 25 Hudson St. was built in 1876 and includes a total of six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The sellers were represented by the Taylor & Associates team of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s, while the buyers were represented by David Hasslinger of Residential Properties Ltd.
The property was sold on Feb. 28. It was listed on Jan. 17 and under contract seven days later.
The duplex last sold for $325,000 in June 2015.
