East Providence budget becomes law without mayor’s signature

EAST PROVIDENCE – Mayor Bob DaSilva has allowed the city’s $188 million fiscal year 2020 budget, a 3.2% increase over last year, to become law without his signature, the mayor’s office announced Oct. 28.
