PROVIDENCE – Three residential properties in Rhode Island were sold in recent days that exceeded $1 million, including the highest single-family sale in Middletown so far this year.
The Easton’s Point house, at 426 Tuckerman Ave., in Middletown was sold on July 21 for $1.88 million.

It is a three-level, shingle-style house built in 2010, located on a third of an acre. It has 5,184 square feet of living space and five bedrooms. Stella Fitzsimmons, sales associate for Lila Delman Real Estate International, represented the buyer.
In Barrington, Residential Properties Ltd. recently sold a Nantucket-style colonial on 1.4 acres for $1.5 million. The house, at 160 Adams Point, includes open living spaces with cathedral ceilings and grounds that feature a basketball court, stone patio and dock.
The RPL sales team of Rockwell & Pierard represented the seller and RPL’s Friedman Group represented the buyer. The transaction closed on July 17.
In Westerly, a beachfront property in the Misquamicut area went under contract in 10 days. It sold for $1.3 million, according to Judy Chace, broker and co-owner, and Kelly Holmes, sales associate, of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the seller. The buyers were represented by Dan Babich of Randall, Realtors.
The house, at 49 Atlantic Ave., has 1,400 square feet of living space and views of Block Island, Montauk and the Watch Hill lighthouses.
