FALL RIVER – Entrepreneurship for All South Coast will offer a workshop and competition, “For the Love of Food Pitch Contest,” next month.
The interactive event is free and open to the public, with four levels of cash prizes for winning food entrepreneurs looking to share ideas and get feedback on their business or nonprofit proposals.

EforAll will host a free workshop on July 16 for entrants looking for tips on creating their pitch and setting up their display table for networking. The workshop will be held at 6 p.m. at Groundwork!, located at 1213 Purchase St. in New Bedford. Office hours are also available for those who can’t attend the workshop, by emailing samia@eforall.org.
The contest will be held in Fall River, at a location still to be announced, from 6-8:30 p.m. on July 24.
A panel of judges will choose a $1,000 grand-prize winner, as well as a $750 second-place winner and a $500 third-place winner. The audience will choose a $500 fan-favorite winner.
The contest entry deadline is July 10. It is free to apply.
